Beata Bigaj

Graduate from the Faculty of Graphic Arts of the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow. Her works are present in museum collections and at private collectors. She is active in painting and graphics. She had
several dozen individual exhibitions, took part in collective exhibitions. She is a member of the Association of Polish Artists and
the International Association Focus-Europa. Scholarship holder of The Elizabeth Greenshields Foundation (1994), laureate of the
Scholarship of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage: “Young Poland” in 2008 and in 2017.

2012: PhD with habilitation, Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow.
2005: PhD, Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, Faculty of Painting.
1997: MFA, Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, Faculty of Graphics.
1992: The professional title Visual Arts Technician in Scope of Conservation Techniques, speciality: Sculpture Conservation, Państwowe Liceum Sztuk Plastycznych w Krakowie (National Fine Art High School in Krakow).
