Beth Clary Schwier

Beth is an award winning Indiana artist. Featured on HGTV Good Bones seasons 2, thru 6. I love to paint expressive, colorful paintings of things and places that evoke fond memories and joy. After the tragic death of my oldest son in 2017, my art has been both a creative outlet and emotional support for my grief.

2022 recipient of commission for the Indiana Pacers and Gainbridge Fieldhouse. 2019 Floral artist of the year, ACA International Juried competition. 2018 Best of Show, 92nd annual Indiana Heritage Arts Juried Exhibition, Juried into the 2018 and 2016 Hoosier Salon Juried Exhibition, Purchase Award, 2018 Richmond Art Museum 120th Annual Juried Exhibition, and 2016 Hoosier Women Artist award, presented by the Lt. Governor Holcomb. Featured artist at the 2017 Smithsonian Folklife Festival - Washington, DC. Merit Award winner at the Indiana Artist's Exhibition at the Indianapolis Museum of Art 2017.

BS in Speech Communication and Theatre Education from Ball State University.

Studied with renowned artists: C.W. Mundy, Diane Lyon, Anne Blair Brown, Laura Robb, Peggi Kroll Roberts.
