Bjrn Bebj Dolk

Björn Dolk /Björn E.B Johansson/, born 1940 in Uppsala, Sweden.

When I started to paint in the 1960s, I examined the various painting techniques and methods and found that oil was the medium that suited me best. In 1968, after several years of study I had my first studio at Hornsbruksgatan 13, Stockholm.

In the 1980s, I studied art history and psychology at Uppsala University. Since 1988 I have set aside a lot of time for my art theories regarding inner images.

Over time, I have found an almost surreal way of expression to paint my thoughts and internal images.

ExhibitionsDuring my active period I have had many exhibitions in Hälsingland, Uppland, and Västmanland, Sweden.
