Carlo Bevilacqua

Photographer and filmmaker, born in Palermo, Italy in 1961. Mention of Honour in the International Photographic Awards 2008 and 2009, and 2011, in America Photo 2008, in Tau Visual Professional Prize for Creativity 2008, winner of the HF Prize in SI Fest Savignano Immagini 2008.
He alternate photography and direction of documentaries and video clips. He started taking pictures in Sicily originally focusing on societal and anthropological photographic studies.
He is based in Milan (Italy) working with magazines and agency for editorials and corporate communications.

He is currently visiting professor of photography at the Milan branch of the at Fashion Institute of Technology of New York / Politecnico di Milano.
He is contributors of the Parallelozero photo agency .
