Christopher Noble

Born 1949 near Manchester but grew up in Coventry. Artist Printmaker since 1976 now specialising in digital limited edition prints plus some paintings.Subject matter ranges from figurative imagery that deals with matters of gender, fragility and aging to landscape that is inspired by man's relationship with his environment and the fleeting passing of time. All work is now designed and printed in my own studio using a large format inkjet printer using only archival quality papers and inks in small limited edition runs. Read more on

Educated at Coventry and Cardiff Colleges of Art and London University Institute of Education. Taught in London Schools until 1975. Part-time lecturer in professional practice at Hereford College of Arts since 1998, otherwise fully engaged in printmaking for the last 40 years.
