Artistic Statement
For me, artistic work is much more than creating beautiful pictures, graphics or drawings. It is my way of seeing the world. I like to describe it as a practical philosophy.
I experience my work as an artist in such a way that in drawing and designing - that is, in working with my hands - many things only become really clear to me in my head. I think with my hands, so to speak. And I feel this connection between body and mind, between creating and thinking, as an enormous enrichment of life.
