Christie Taylor

I have always been passionate about creating art. I have taken classes in just about every area, including, painting, drawing, ceramics, 3D/woods, photography, and commercial art/graphic design. I began my college years as an art major, majoring in graphic design, but shifted gears due to life events and opportunities. That switch in gears brought me to where I am now, as a Diversity and Inclusion Leader, and I feel so lucky to be doing the work I am. In addition to being passionate about art, I have always cared deeply about people and creating equity and inclusion for all. I love creating art in my spare time and expressing myself through my art. To me, it’s very calming and therapeutic, and my hope is that my work brings people the same feelings of joy, calm, peace, and love. I am just blessed to be able to do so much of what I love In this world and share it with so many.

In addition to that, I am a proud mom of two beautiful little boys, ages 6 and 4. We have fun creating art together as well.
