1. I grew up in Newport, RI and have lived in Old Town Alexandra, Pawleys Island, SC and currently reside in Delray Beach, FL.
2. Each of these places was on a body of water, which is where I am happiest. Educated at the prestigious Torpedo Factory in Alexandria, VA, my artistic journey has been deeply influenced by my coastal surroundings.
3. I continue to take lessons at the Boca Raton Museum Art School and The Armory in West Palm Beach.
4. I retired from the Federal Government, training Federal workers about using Pcs and all the Microsoft Products. I have been able to pursue my love of art for the past 16 years.
5. Specializing in bright and playful florals, whimsical birds, lively fish, and captivating beach scenes, my artwork reflects my love of nature and coastal lifestyle.
6. My paintings evoke a sense of joy and serenity, capturing the essence of coastal living with brushstrokes. I tell stories through my art and my creations adorn many of my friends’ homes and gallery shows (i.e. Palm Beach Watercolor Society, starting May 2024 ).
