Remi Coudrain

He produced monumental works and fountains for several cities. (Wild child, Fountains…) His current research is intended for an audience of individuals or collectors, with a figurative style, an inspiration drawn from my passion for Greco-Roman sculpture, works from the Middle Ages and artists from the Renaissance. As for the more recent sculptors, his admiration for Camille Claudel and Auguste Rodin will not leave him, and bronze will become his favorite material. Bronze is eternal, bronze is intense to convey emotions to his audience. His style is attached to the symbolic and the suggestive, he is always looking for movement and the expression of emotions. Earth, plaster and bronze alchemy allow him to express his universe.

Rémi COUDRAIN was born in Paris, son of an architect, he started sculpting stone at the age of 8 since he has always been in love with sculpture, he is a self-taught artist who is always in search of movement, he applies himself to creating what is for him the essence of life. He works with multiple materials but bronze is his material of choice because it allows him to transmit emotions.

To his credit, many creations which have been presented and awarded in numerous salons and galleries in France but he has also produced monumental creations and fountains for several cities.
