Darina Tsureva

I love to draw on paper, which gives me possibilities expressively different than other medium. Lately I was attracted to a technic, new to me - engraving on glass, specifically for the two different layer imaging, neither of which can exist without the other. I have always been drawn to signs, symbols, artefacts, mystic, absurd situations. In my paintings and drawings I gradually abandoned colours, and arrived at a simple, laconic imaging. I chose black and white in order to create a melody for two strings.
