Dianne Hamer

I was born in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, on the 4th of november 1956. Since I was a child I have made drawings and I painted. This has been important to me throughout my life.I like to paint the things that surround me: landscapes, nature, flowers.Vivid colours are important to me.
At the moment I am drawing a lot with charcoal, a new artistic development!!

I studied history of Art at the University of Utrecht and I followed courses at a Free Academy of Arts. Also I did many courses given by professional artists. Since 2010 I started an education at an academy of art, where I paint with oil, in a realistic style. After completing this education with success, I took drawing lessons at the Academy of Classical Arts in Groningen.

I have had for many years a permanent exposition in a medical center in my hometown.I had a show in the townhall of a neighbouring village and I participated in several expositions in the townhall of my hometown Epe.I also had an exhibition in the Courthouse of Zutphen.(NL)
