The work of International artist Dinara Omarova captures the authenticity and rawness aspect of freedom. Every stroke of her brush seeks to connect with the world, heavily influenced by nature and emotions at their most unspoiled.
An aspect of this quest for freedom is found in her paintings of the female figure. Depicted as a silhouette in powerful poses with bold strong lines, the woman is restituted her natural beauty and power beyond the restrictions and alterations of the modern world.
Silicon Valley in California, USA offers this resident artist a fast-paced innovative canvas. Her native Russia brings in exotic design styles and perspectives. Her signature style, the 'chameleon', is an abstract art form which uses metallic and gold colors. The name reflects the way its composition allows it to change colours throughout the day.
For Omarova, Art is a language that reconnects us with nature, with each other and with ourselves. It is the capture of a flow of emotions that embrace all aspects of life. She uses a variety of mediums to convey this expression. These includes but are not limited to acrylic paint, pallet knives, brushes, molding paste, different types of gel and metallic acrylics to create 3D effects.
