Dipesh Parmar

Born in Leicester, UK. I have lived in Brighton for the last 20+ years, where i continue to work professionally as an artist.

I've always been intrigued by what the future will look like, and how architecture, communications and technology shapes our world. Forms and structures may disperse, combine or collide, I'm interested in this intersection between the states and how they manifest and evolve. My paintings are spacial and metaphorical interpretations of these complex connections between the physical and immaterial that may inhabit us, or may already exist.

My visual language has been informed and refined by many influences, from contemporary Architecture and Theory, Cinema and Animation, Graphic Design, Graffiti, Photography, Experimental Music, to the Russian Suprematist and Constructivist, Italian Futurist and Deconstructivist art movements.
