Dorina Hoffer

A long time artist living in a small farm community in coastal California. I am a free spirit artist so my work is varied and hard to categorize. I love strong color and texture. What medium I use and when, is determined by my subject and mood I want to convey.
My paintings are most often landscapes, botanical, or birds.
When I would cry as a small child, my grandfather had the best advise. He would say "get the pencil".
He did, and that is how my tears left and where my story started.
