Elena Parau's international demand for her colourful textured originals has been increasing every year. Her paintings are found in private collections on 5 continents in over 23 countries.
This emerging artist had recent sales in Canada, Germany, Japan, Mexico, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, UK and USA.

The art that Elena Parau creates is meant to heal. This is happening because she creates colourful pieces that come with positive messages of harmony, beauty and love.

Elena is a Romanian-born artist with a refined taste for beauty and an infinite pleasure to create. She feels it with every cell of her body and through her art she connects to a different dimension that is healing, meaningful and fulfilling.

Elena is an International Abstract Impressionistic Artist inspired by artistic influences all her life. Elena is an experienced artist currently based in Guadalajara, Mexico. She also participates in various projects in Bogota, Colombia. She continues painting and selling her artworks Internationally.

Proudly self-taught with years of practice developing unique techniques, for her, words and images have always been connected when it comes to creativity. She has been feeling attracted to painting since she was a little girl, and her art has always been about offering a positive, hopeful message in contrast to her childhood time in Romania, when the communist regime allowed for little colour and free artistic expression.

In 2008 she decided to turn her artistic expression into a career and she began selling her creations Internationally. She also developed an interest in psychology, spirituality, meditation and personal development, all these subjects deeply influencing her as a human being and as an artist. Along the way she was inspired by thinkers such as Louise Hay, Wayne Dyer, Neale Donald Walsh, Deepak Chopra. Furthermore, she started to learn about angel therapy from Doreen Virtue.

Starting with 2014 she gave up his successful career in banking and she started to live only abroad, first in Rome (Italy), in Toronto (Canada), in Bogota (Colombia) and in Guadalajara (Mexico).

She speaks 4 languages fluently: English, Spanish, Italian and Romanian.
