Born and raised in the picturesque mountains of North Wales has certainly had an influence on what I draw.
I take influence and inspiration from nature and wildlife to create my drawings. The animal kingdom is full of beautiful creatures with stunning colours and textures and I take great passion in re-creating an animal in the way that I see them - bright and beautiful.
I work with pencil, paper, acrylic paint and alcohol-based marker pens to create my drawings.
Marker pens bring a real vibrancy to the animal and I love to layer colours on top of each other to bring texture and life to the animal I'm drawing.
Masters graduate in Textiles Culture from Norwich University of the Arts.
BA(Hons) graduate in Performance, Design & Production specialising in Costume Design from University of Leeds.
