Elisabeta Vlad

The subjects of my paintings are the ones that make me smile , such as cats and representing love .
My creations are based on psychology and symbolism of colors , the power and elegance of shapes.
My works are expressionist , influenced also by impressionism and surrealism .
I've painted in oil for 10 years and for almost 10 years I paint with acrylic . I use canvas and paper as support. Beside painting , I work on a graphical project .
One of my creation's purposes consist in exploring as many themes that excite me as I can .
Over the years I took part on over 20 exhibitions and art fairs .
Some of my best works : Selfportrait as Vlad Tepes , The Scream landscape , Love symbols , Yellow cat .
