ABOUT
I was born in Washington, D.C. in 1950, and raised in Chevy Chase, Md. I studied art at the Corcoran Art Gallery in high school. I went on to Ohio State University and majored in painting and drawing. After school, I lived up in the mountains in a log cabin in Colorado. After a year I moved to Arizona for 3 years, and ultimately, moved to California.I love classical realism, portrait and figurative painting, and traditional landscapes. I am a fan of Sargent, Sorolla, Zorn, Waterhouse, Sir Thomas Lawrence and many others from the Royal British Academy.
