Emilie Roussety

Hey there!

I'm Emilie, located in Mauritius. I'm a self-taught artist whose art is more about expressing and experimenting.

Drawing was something I really enjoyed was I was younger. It is something in which I can express my feelings. I get my influence from nature, what happens in my life, and from dark art. I love when it creates a disturbance when someone is looking at it.

My influences may vary from time to time, I can like the colors I saw in some photography, compositions from an artist's work, and also from video clips.

Being a Product Designer, I spent all my time in front of a PC, my art is the complete opposite. I love feeling the pencil, colors, and paper. Whether it be a pen and ink or acrylic, it will be on paper or canvas in some cases.

When I do a pen and ink, it's most of the time dark but when I paint I use vibrant colors.
