Eva Angelaka

Eva Angelaka (b.1981 in Athens, Greece) lives and works in Athens and Munich.
Her past studies and 10 year long living experience in Japan and Sweden inform her artistic work.

Eva Angelaka brings forth sensitivity and compassion as a methodology, contrary to systematized, digitalised and automated procedures. In her work the Japanese concept “wabi-sabi” suggests that there are entities, notions larger than human life experience, the transience and imperfection of things.
She has participated in numerous exhibitions, in Greece and abroad.
