"Does a subject change, when I look at it? Do humans change, when I truly sense them? Does an artwork change, when I take the time to see and feel? Yes. And maybe you find such in my digital art: Spaces for reflection, for contradictions and for serenity, for all changing emotions to be allowed.

I’m into digital art since almost 10 years now.
All my works come from combinations of humble snapshots taken with an older cellphone. I work with simple apps and simple functions .. and with lots of time. I actually paint with photos. Even my textures contain an own subtle story, an own memory.

Life is fast - my artworks grow slow. They wait and give space for changing moods. Level by level many various impressions overlay; I find missing parts like puzzle-pieces in other times and impressions, combine realities and imagination, and search harmony within all the oppositions there are. And there are fascinatingly much more than I ever expected. I search the thin line where contradictions meet. And so I turn hard into soft, bright into dark, water into fire .. it’s actually a poetic process of changing my own point of view again and again."
