Frances Clarke

Frances Clarke lives and works in the U.K. Her work Interfaces art and science. Her research-based practice extends across painting, viewer participation, and positivist science. She combines interests in early twentieth-century abstraction, theosophy, health, well-being, and the aesthetic experience to examine the causal relationship between the art object and the spectator and its broader implications for human connections and interconnectivity.

Frances, originally a nurse, later studied Fine Art at the University of Wolverhampton (1994–1997), The University of The West of England
 (1998–2000), and The Florence Academy of Arts (2000–2003)—advanced level in Biophotonics – Biowell. (2014 – 2024). She is a student of Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga.
