Frankie Alfonso

Hello my name is Frankie Alfonso and I am a Cuban-American artist. I started painting at the age of 14 and began to explore visual self expression. I studied in art college for a year and got bored so I went to Europe and began to study the masters works in real life. I later moved to California and began to show with galleries. I have shown with the Lurie Gallery and Axiom Contemporary. I am currently represented by Artspace Warehouse in west hollywood, CA. My art is a celebration of balance and colors. It is a form of automatic writing that I have mastered. When I feel the inspiration I simply let it fall onto the canvas with no thinking. Art is freedom and should be expressed freely.
