About Fran:

After New York School of Visual Arts (SVA) Fran worked with top directors in advertising.  She opened Montreal’s first digital imaging studio and had her work shown in gallery exhibitions in Canada and the U.S.A.
A move to LA. to study at American Film Institute (AFI) in new media led to the next phase of Fran’s career; interactive DVD design for clients Warner Bros. and Sony Pictures More than 5,000 photographs later, Fran Lamothe continues to evolve as an artist and photographer, injecting an emotional quality into each work. Today Fran is finding a unique way to layer her photography with colorful stripes and textures to create a new style. This is Fran’s signature; bold original paintings and limited edition prints that fuse the real and the abstract into tangible, one-of-a-kind artworks and photographs.
