Born in Berlin-Charlottenburg.

Since 1966 intensive study of art and active beginning of painting.
Subject-based free painting with the central theme future criticism and philosophy of technology.

Degree in Education Sciences at the FU Berlin with a focus on sociology and poltical science. Since 1966 intensive study of art and active beginning of painting.
From the beginning, I have closely reflects my study content in my artistic work.

Over time, the following key issues arose for my painting out: In my pictures, I deal with the loss of human orientation, the alienation between man and nature and the anti-civilization aspects of technological progress.
I'm interested in the question of how can the artist, who is part of these developments, approach these existential challenges make sense?

My artistic style is individual and differentiated also alternates between abstraction and representation. Therefore in my paintings I combine abstract and figurative picture elements. My paintings are only originals, signed and dated directly from my studio.

My paintings are bought by people and companies that think and act socially and ecologically groundbreaking. I had exhibitions in Germany and France and most of my pictures I've sold in Berlin to individuals and institutions.
