Gabriele Kulbok

"By birth Lithuanian, but I like to consider myself a citizen of the world. GabitArt was born after several years living in Barcelona. Gabita was a diminutive that I always liked. The interest in painting, drawing or art in general led me to combine those two words to start a new artistic project.

In my works you can see my personal evolution. I like to experiment, try new things, new textures and ideas. I think that there is no single path, that we have more options. Having this thought, I love trying different techniques and styles. In the end, what happens is that we naturally end up dedicating more time to what fulfills us at this stage of our life. I like to think that the technique chose me to be able to express my feelings and my experiences that I´m living at this moment."
