I love to stop and look at the world. A ray of sunshine, a reflection on a glass, a small flower.
I try to capture and describe beauty through my painting.

The beauty of nature is beyond the image. It is something deeper, more intimate, infinite in time. I hope other people can see with my eyes.

Giacomo is an artist born in Pisa in Italy, the city where he lives and works in his studio.

Giacomo trained as an autodidact and studied Japanese calligraphy for five years with master Norio Nagayama and Indian classical singing with master Pritam Singh.
He founded "Scuola Alla Prima" in February 2011, his private studio offering short courses and private lessons in "Alla prima" drawing and painting. Since 2019 he has held online and face-to-face lessons in various Italian cities

Giacomo Roberto now divides his time between painting and commissions.
