Henry Lam

I was born and raised in Montreal, Canada and lived there until several years after graduating from university. I came to New York where I subsequently settled and worked as an art director/graphic designer. The energy and opportunities in New York have kept me here and constantly keep my creative juices flowing. I've spent the last dozen years concentrating on drawing. My style developed from my love of line and light. I've always had enormous respect for artists who show sensitivity to the human spirit combined with skillful draftsmanship and technique. I hope that the viewer will see some of those qualities in my work.
