Igor Ondruš

Igor Ondruš (1972) was born in Bratislava, and studied at the Faculty of Architecture of Slovak Technical University in Bratislava (1990-1994), but dropped out. He graduated from the Academy of Art and Design in Bratislava (1997-2003), and studied at the Departments of prof. Vladimír Popovič and prof. Robert Jančovič. He creates paintings, sculptures-objects, installations and illustrations for original Slovak literature books in collaboration with the publisher, Koloman Kertész Bagala. His work is represented in Soga and other art auctions. On principle, he never applies to any art competitions. He is well-known and radical debater on the internet. Ondruš lives and works in Bratislava

He exhibits in Slovakia and abroad as well.
