Ilaamen Pelshaw

Visual artist born in Guatemala and based in the United States. I create art that is colorful, warm and happy just like my heritage.

As a visual artist my preferred mediums are acrylic paint, and digital-media, my work often implements geometric shapes and contrasting colors.

I'm a storyteller, exploring elements of everyday life and pop-culture aspects in a colorful and cheerful way, underlining kindness and inclusion.

With a background in commercial graphic design and illustration, my paintings have a distinctive, strong figurative and graphic line.
