Richard Hamilton

Richard discovered he was colour blind early in school but also learned he enjoyed photography and video production. With 30 years of television production behind me, my first passion becomes my second career. I am a semi-pro photographer/amateur artist. I appreciate the people I meet, the places I go, the hours I keep, and the spontaneity in every shoot. I appreciate the raw reality of everyday life, the beauty of those in-between moments, and I do my very best to create every piece with that in mind. I want you to relate to my photographs through recognition and familiarity with the situations. And to feel the emotions and the energy so much that you wonder if you are looking at a picture of someone you know or a place you have been before.
