I am interested in the juxtaposition between reality and fantasy. Manipulating and reconstructing the everyday and mundane, to signify personal and universal experiences, draw attention to the overlooked, or create ambiguous 'other worldly' qualities.

My current installations include elements of nurture/environment, sanctuary/entrapment and reality/fantasy. Juxtaposing the themes of longing to escape the mundane family environment, yet after losing a parent - the yearning to recapture/relive those memories, or inhabit spaces which no longer exist in real-terms.
