Jean Barlow

As Ireland’s first supermodel, Jean O'Reilly Barlow was always surrounded by creativity. When her world of high fashion transformed into a world of art and design, she began to explore the French and Italian markets, collecting wooden artifacts whose beauty transcended brokenness. Through the name of 'Interi,' Barlow transforms rare Italian artifacts and minerals into organic modern art using artistic methods, natural specimens, and contemporary interpretations.
Each sculpture is reimagined and adorned with minerals, precious gems, baroque pearls, fossil agate coral, and fossil shells — creating a piece that appears to have evolved together over time.
