Jaclyn Mottola

Jaclyn is a visual artist based in New York City. Her paintings explore abstraction through the use of muted colors, balanced compositions, and layered texture. Her work and process are inspired by searching for simplicity in her surrounding environment. Jaclyn challenges the concept of complexity and aims to build subtle compositions that create intense interest and an unexpected sense of harmony and comfort.
