Miro Long

Miro, born in 1981, studied interior design in Korea followed by four years of practice at a furniture design studio with an art gallery in Seoul. The years she spent at the design studio and the art gallery in Korea had a transformational affect on Miro. Working and socializing with people in many art fields had influenced her and she was encouraged to start working on her own projects. Between late 2007 and early 2010, Miro traveled around Europe and Japan, trying to navigate and achieve the objectives she had conceived until finally settling at the Great Lakes Bay Area in Michigan in 2014. At her home studio in Michigan, Miro has been striving to create pieces that encompass all of her passions for life, nature and music. In 2021, Miro moved to the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area and is getting settled in the new area.
