Janna Ressel

Since my childhood and youth in Cologne, former West-Germany, I loved painting, drawing and sculpting. Instead of studying the Arts, I meandered through a variety of interests, such as studying Romanesque languages, carpintery, astrology. In 1992, I moved to Berlin, and I became a city guide, psychologist, therapist and mother. So, I was busy doing other things and the art was a background. With the years passing, drawing became a very important resource to me. A time of blanking my mind, while at the same time focussing and concentrating. Creating art really helped me through personal crises. I want to share this experience by becoming an art therapist.
