The human being, his form, the outer and the inner, is my focus.
To fathom all facets and interfaces is a never ending process, which changes again and again by changing perspectives.
The most recent works are diptychs, with figures, in different degrees of abstraction, contrasting a monochrome color form.

My Work
The focus of my work is the human being!
The work on the human form is a constant challenge, because in the spaces between the apparent physical reality and its abstraction always new, fascinating fields emerge.
Spaces in between are always deep and mysterious playgrounds.
The formal is a sign language that places philosophical insights, semantically flexible, before the eye of the beholder.
Man, his roots, his rotating drives, the secular and religious reflections, his limitedness, the basis of his fields of thought and action: His world, and the whole again thought backwards!
