Painting acts a means of expressing something intangible, something of beauty, or something forgotten within each of us. I am merely a vessel.

For me, each painting is a collision of what is seen, and what is deeply felt. The painting process itself is a meditation on the subject that constantly changing and evolving, so no piece can be seen as a finished work alone.

Paint flows sinuously and freely, colour bleeds into colour. Layers and forms are built and destroyed. This intuitive process is deeply calming - an internal quality that I wish to externalise in each work.
