minimalist landscape paintings on the border to abstraction
The open range, the ground and sky above. A lot of space for dreams and feelings. I have been a painter for almost 30 years. Mostly in acrylic on canvas with long lasting high quality colours.
In my paintings the colours are the most important aspect and in almost all of them take primary focus. In this regard I am influenced by Rothko and the color field paintings.
* Abstract photography is my second love and often the inspiration of my paintings. My works are showed in various exhibitions and in the meantime sold all over the world.
