ABOUT
EDUCATION
Kate Rogers is a Toronto born mixed media artist with a BFA in Dance from York University. She is currently a student in the Ontario College of Art and Design's Painting & Drawing Program. She works in a variety of mediums including acrylic paint, collage, ink, tea and coffee. Her pieces often have a light and playful quality. Focusing on whimsical imagery, much of Kate's work is fantasy based. Through her art she explores make believe realms and subject matter. Her aim is to spark the viewer's imagination and bring a little magic into their life.
