Katerina Kostogiannou

Katerina Kostogiannou is a civil engineer by profession and a painter by hobby since 1980. She is member of Greek Technical Chamber, member of ICOMOS, Civil engineers union, Women engineers union etc. Painting has an important role in her life. The most resent years she has focused in water color, acrylic and especially oil painting technics.
The personal perpective in her artwork reveals in a mesmerizing realistic way the magic of Greek landscape and architecture, creating on canvas the diversity of forms, light and color that define both traditional and contemporary Greece.She has participated in 21 group exhibitions and 4 solo exhibitions in Greece and abroad. A great number of her paontings can be found in Art Galleries and private collections in Greece and abroad
