My parents, both art majors, have been my best teachers!
Jackie Guillot, artist friend who was a significant influence in helping me develop my talent.
Jasmine Morelock Field, best friend, fellow artist I painted with, professional art teacher at Byrd High School, and famous Shreveport artist known for her abstract art and "the Madam" painting, which was used on the cover of the book "Shreveport Madam" by Eric Brock.
I collect art books to learn about other artists and their work. I also collect and display artwork from other artists in my home.
