The lines she draws are minimal. They evoke a wide range of emotions.

From ukiyo-e to modern anime. The uniquely Japanese two-dimensional world is loved all over the world. Superflat. There is nothing wasted in her work. Japanese expression is expressed using Japanese techniques.

Her motivation for starting art was a cat.

When she rescued the cat, it was already sick. She started art with the goal of earning money for the sick cat's medical expenses.

First, she prepared an empty cardboard box that had contained apples. Every day, she put her practice drawings in the box. The cardboard box of apples was full at the end of 2020.

Then she chose intaglio printmaking as her artistic expression method.

After some time, her pet cat died.
At that moment, she temporarily lost her sight.
After regaining her sight through treatment, she changed her expression method to "Japanese painting".

Superflat.
A technique called Japanese painting.
Uses pigments unique to Japan.
Paints on traditional Japanese "washi paper".

The sick cat brought her the joy of making art and the joy of living with art.
