Yuki Lamb

Yuki Lamb (b.Japan) is a London-trained artist working primarily in painting and watercolour. She holds an MA in Fine Art from Chelsea College of Art and a BA in Fine Art Painting from Wimbledon College of Art. Her work has been exhibited widely in the UK and internationally, including at the Mall Galleries, Bankside Gallery, and the Fukuoka Asian Art Museum in Japan. She has been selected multiple times for the Royal Watercolour Society Competitions and was a UK finalist for the Lexmark European Art Prize. Yuki’s practice explores quiet, contemplative responses to nature and place, with a particular interest in light and atmosphere, 'I observe the world around me and paint from instinct. Through quiet images I aim to evoke emotional and psychological states and draw closer to the beauty I’ve sensed in fleeting moments'
