Ler Chang

Ler Chang is an artist focusing on representational art, with a Master’s Degree acquired in Laguna College of Art and Design.

Ler grew up in China, having been drawing and painting since childhood. With several years experience working in the animation industry, Ler is especially good at figures, anatomy, and body movement. Besides, Ler is open to multiple subject matters and various media. Different cultures, educational environments, and multiple industries involved all helped build Ler’s artworks visually enjoyable and conceptually meaningful.

Ler’s works focus more on common issues of humans, nature, and their relationships, creating surreal scenes with a representational artistic style, telling stories to remind viewers about what they overlook. Ler would like to take art as a powerful tool to influence people’s minds, and even change the world.
