During my Botanical, Zoology and Entomology classes at University I started to grow my enthusiasm for graphite drawing... first because I felt the necessity to improve my drawing skills, but after a while I realized I was not only doing it for academic purposes, but above all because some urge was growing inside of me... a huge need for personal interpretation and expressing the 'anatomic world' through the edge of the pencil .

Licentiate in Genetic and Molecular Biology with a Post Graduation in Biotechnology and Cellular Biology by the Science Faculty of Lisbon University.
