Dragomir Lucian

Lucian Dragomir was born in Mediaș, Romania, in 1979.
I trained as a sculptor starting at the age of 12 and worked like that until the age of 18 in the club, then on my own. After several years of working in 3D design, even making CNC machines, I decided to combine my favorite skills and step by step build a workshop of over 500 square meters. This time he did not choose the easy method of wood carving, but chose works of art by welding, firstly because of the difficulty and secondly for durability. Some are hand cut, some are CNC cut, and other works of art come to life through thousands and thousands of layers of welding. Doctor Steel has a type II welding certificate in the three welding variants after a 360-hour course.
Engineer Lucian Dragomir started from the idea and passion to develop a creative process through which our products were modeled with simple and complicated lines, but also with an aesthetic rendered by special details. My creations inspire elements such as elegance and good taste, originality and style, which revitalize and bring innovation to the field in which I operate.

After discovering that exactly 10 years after my birth, the famous Salvador Dali died, having a family of sculptors and painters, I enrolled in his first sculpture class at just 12 years old. I was also impressed by the fame of the contemporary Romanian sculptor Constantin Brancusi who became the most valuable sculptor in the world having three times the first position with the most expensive work of art in the world sold at auction. There were other courses in sculpture, painting and we had many exhibitions. After finishing high school, I started the Faculty of Automation and Computers Timișoara. After several years of working in 3D design, making CNC machines, he decided to combine his favorite skills and step by step build a workshop of more than 500 square meters.
