Maria Niculescu

I was born and raised in Romania Brasov , a beautiful mountain town and moved in Bucharest to graduate Fine Arts University in painting. From 2006 I am member of UAP Bucharest ,the most important organization of visual artists from Romania.
Now I work in my beautiful studio very near Bucharest.
In my art I was inspired of Art Nouveau and Nabis Group with Bonard and Vuillard and now I like more Matisse , Mondrain and abstract minimalist art because I find these more suitable with our era.
During the time I painted both abstract-conceptual art and figurative art with landscapes,still life's portraits,animals,with the same interest.
In present I work at a conceptual art project, trying to put on canvas the passing of time , duality and repetitive elements witch surround us.
I like to paint the beauty of life,the intensity of impressions ,the power of mind, the rhythm of decorative elements, the light of colors and forms.
I like to paint ideas.
