Maria Pia Abdenur

Pia Abdenur is a young self-taught artist, 27 years old, born in Córdoba, Argentina. She lives and works between her hometown and Barranquilla, Colombia, her second home. From an early age, she grew up in an environment where aesthetics and art were everyday elements, surrounded by photography, architecture, and design. This immersion helped awaken her passion for painting.

She has developed a distinctive style using oils, transforming her paintings into almost sculptures that explore the relationship between textures, shapes, light, and color. Her meticulous and expressive technique seeks to highlight the beauty of her personal fragments of nature.

She has shown remarkable evolution in her artistic practice through her effort and dedication. Her work offers a personal reflection on trajectory and growth, proposing a deep connection with the viewer.

She continuously expands her creative horizons, developing her style and seeking new forms of expression. Her work is an invitation to look inward, reflect, and evolve.
