Matthew Priest

A native of San Antonio, I recently lived in San Francisco for 18 years and previously lived in New York and Paris. I am deeply committed to city culture both today and through the centuries, especially through the lenses of architecture, music, literature, history, and of course, art. While I appreciate abstraction and distilling to essences, I am more excited by the richness of complex layering and simultaneous meanings.
